FRIDAY
- nice ass day
- dropped off JR&JEFFREY (cute, ehh?) near haight for their epic 'SF BIKE RIDE' haha
- got JR from JEFF'S
- hung out w/ matt&jr at the SJ apt
- watched 'nights in rodanthe' with 2boys. haha. cuz JR wanted to. fast movie. sad ending. :]
- got home @ 2AM. babe waited up for me and HE had a gig in PALO ALTO. haha. thanks baby.
TODAY, SATURDAY
- woke up at 63o fkcn AM to do my little sister's hair for her First Communion
- spent time with the boyfriend for a couple hrs after
- then he had to leave for de la salle's prom and i had to get ready for a viewing
REST IN PEACE TITO PHIL LOPEZ
it's funny, every time i go to a wedding or funeral, i always hear relatives around me saying, "WE NEED TO MAKE IT A POINT TO SEE EACH OTHER AT OCCASIONS OTHER THAN WEDDINGS AND FUNERALS". and AMEN to that, because it is so true for my mom's side of the family. they're so spread out, and there's too many family members, that it's gotten harder and harder to keep in touch (except when it comes to weddings & funerals). honestly, i have never seen more than half of the people i saw at tito phil's viewing. i found out i had a cousin almost my age in LA that i've never met? and how many times have i been down there? i found out that my great-grandma's maiden name is LOPEZ?! so weird how i always find out new things about my family every year. but the occasion definitely was not just a sad one. it reunited the LOPEZ/SORIANO/LORENZO side of the familia. and not even everyone was there. it's funny how everyone asked me the same questions, or gave me the same comments: Are you in college? Are you doing Nursing? Do you have a boyprend? but anyways, Tito Phil, REST IN PEACE. you will be missed. your passing only brought the family closer together. and i gotta admit, my family is definitely not close AT ALL. so thank you.
